Over 45 years of experience in electronic design and development. Served as VP Electronic Warfare and Communication of TIL Defense System Ltd. Retired Colonel (IDF Signal Corps). A Winner of Israel’s Security Award. Mr. Vered holds an Electronic Engineering degree from the Technion Haifa, and a MBA from Tel-Aviv University (Israel). He is also the author of several books in this field, which serve as the text-books for the IDF on these subjects.

Retired Colonel (IDF Intelligence & EW) He is the Former C.E.O. of Tadiran systems, Defence company, former CEO of CLAL ELECTRONICS INDUSTRIES; active as chairman and manager in a wide range of hi-tech companies (communication, semiconductors, medical, software, printing, defense, and others). Served as VP Chief-Of-Staff for Applied Materials Inc. (NASDAQ: AMAT), as well as the Chairman of a JV of AMAT & Dainippon-Screen Mfg. Co. from Japan called Sokudo. Mr. Erad holds a B.Sc. In electronic engineering from Ben-Gurion University (Israel).
